Thank you for visiting the website of the Rosedale United Methodist Church! My name is Jeremy Jones and I am the pastor. My wife Melanie and I arrived here in June, 2006 and fell in love with this community. We serve both the New Roads and Rosedale United Methodist Churches and Melanie teaches school and assists with lots of mission and youth work.

Our church loves to be active in the Rosedale community. Our church leaders, members and youth have many important roles in the institutions and organizations of New Roads and Baton Rouge area. By being in the community we connect with people and we begin to build relationships and share the message of the gospel through our actions and through the “salt” that is in our conversation. We are a small church and every member is a major contributor to our spirit and influence in the community.

We welcome new members openly and warmly. We may be small like the mustard seed, but we know we can move mountains through our faith in Christ. Please visit us one Sunday at 11:15 am for worship and join us on the journey home to the Kingdom of God.
